Join us for the 4th Annual Free Summer Sound Bath in the Park, a complimentary community wellness experience designed to support rest, relaxation, and nervous system restoration.

Held beneath the trees at Freedom Park, this outdoor sound bath invites you to pause, breathe, and receive the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments in a peaceful natural setting.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, chair, water, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable.
