Cancellation Policy
Beyond the Couch Coaching Policies By enrolling in a Beyond the Couch coaching program, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Coaching is a collaborative process designed to provide guidance, strategy, accountability, and support; however, results are dependent upon your commitment, implementation, and effort. Coaching services are educational and consultative in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, clinical, or clinical supervision advice. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited. All coaching consultations, programs, and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment in full or an approved payment plan is required prior to the start of services. Failure to maintain scheduled payments may result in suspension of coaching services. Coaching sessions and program materials are intended solely for the enrolled participant and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Beyond the Couch reserves the right to discontinue services if it is determined that the coaching relationship is no longer a good fit or if inappropriate, disruptive, or unethical behavior occurs.
