Cancellation Policy

Policies for Services: Booking & Payments: All sessions and classes must be booked in advance through our official booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Due to limited availability, all bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are only held once payment is received. We are unable to guarantee availability without a completed reservation. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class or session. Eligible cancellations will be issued as a class credit to be used toward a future offering of equal or lesser value. All credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and hold no cash value. Class tickets may be transferred to another guest with advance notice. We kindly ask that you notify us prior to the session with the updated guest information so we can prepare accordingly. In the event that a facilitator must cancel a class or session, all registered participants will be notified via phone and/or email. In such cases, participants will have the option to receive a full refund to the original form of payment or transfer their booking to a future class of equal value. Arrival: Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session. Doors will close promptly 5 minutes prior to the start time to maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted experience for all guests. Late arrivals will not be admitted, and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds: All purchases are final. Due to the limited nature of our sessions and reserved seating, no refunds or transfers will be issued for cancellations, missed sessions, or late arrivals. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to honoring the experience for yourself and the community. All Class Services: Session Duration: Each session lasts approximately 60 -75 minutes unless otherwise specified. Health & Safety: To help us create a safe, comfortable, and supportive experience for all guests, please disclose any allergies, medical concerns, injuries, pregnancy, or accessibility needs at the time of booking. This allows us to properly prepare and accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. These policies are in place to provide a consistent, high-quality experience while respecting the time and energy of all involved.
