Service Description
Join us for Sculpt & Align Saturdays, a dynamic mat-based Pilates session brought to you by The InnerG Healer in collaboration with Seven Sundais Pilates, led by Camille. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this intimate class of five invites you to strengthen your core, align your body, and center your mind. We provide all essentials—mats, bands, and more—so all you need is to bring yourself. Held every 1st and 3rd Saturday at 11:00 AM for one hour, this is your opportunity to enjoy a supportive, fun environment that fosters both wellness and connection. Cancellation Policy
Policies for Services: Booking & Payments: All classes must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled class. Eligible cancellations may be applied as a credit toward a future class of equal or lesser value. Credits are non-refundable and must be used for a future booking. Class tickets may be transferred to another guest. We simply ask that you notify us in advance so we’re aware of the change. Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your session. Doors close promptly 5 mins before the start of class. Late arrivals will forfeit refund. Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for unused sessions, memberships, or retreats. All Class Services: Session Duration: Each session lasts approximately 60 -75 minutes unless otherwise specified. Health & Safety: Any allergies, health concerns, or accessibility needs should be disclosed at the time of booking to ensure the best experience. These policies are in place to provide a consistent, high-quality experience while respecting the time and energy of all involved.
