Service Description

The Expand Program is a 6 month business coaching experience designed for practice owners who are ready to transition from a solo practice to a sustainable group practice model. Through bi-weekly strategy sessions, you'll receive personalized guidance on building the infrastructure necessary to support growth, including hiring and onboarding clinicians, developing leadership skills, strengthening operational systems, and creating scalable processes that support long-term success. Together, we'll focus on establishing effective team structures, refining workflows, implementing policies and procedures, improving financial oversight, and creating systems that allow your practice to grow without compromising quality of care. This program is ideal for practice owners who are ready to move beyond doing everything themselves and step into the role of business owner and leader. By the end of the program, you'll have a clear growth strategy, scalable systems, a leadership framework, and the confidence to successfully manage and lead a thriving multi-provider practice.


Cancellation Policy

Policies for Services:General Policies (Applies to All Services) Booking & Payments: All classes must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. For memberships, payment is auto-billed monthly. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled class. Eligible cancellations may be applied as a credit toward a future class of equal or lesser value. Credits are non-refundable and must be used for a future booking. Class tickets may be transferred to another guest. We simply ask that you notify us in advance so we’re aware of the change. Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your session. Late arrivals may reduce session time without refund. Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for unused sessions, memberships, or retreats. All Class Services: Session Duration: Each session lasts approximately 60 -75 minutes unless otherwise specified. InnerG Renewal Membership: Membership Benefits: Includes one monthly service of choice (Reiki, Sound Healing, or Breathwork & Meditation). Services must be used within the billing month and do not roll over. Membership Adjustments: Members may switch their service choice each month. Membership Cancellation: A 15-day written notice is required to cancel before the next billing cycle. Mini Intensives Retreats and Travel Retreats Booking Policy: All services require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 30 days before scheduled session or travel date. Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat will receive a credit toward a future retreat. No credit or refund for cancellations within 14 days of the retreat date. Customization: Retreats are tailored to individual needs, and preferences must be communicated during the initial consultation. Health & Safety: Any allergies, health concerns, or accessibility needs should be disclosed at the time of booking to ensure the best experience. These policies are in place to provide a consistent, high-quality experience while respecting the time and energy of all involved.
