Cancellation Policy
Policies for Services:General Policies (Applies to All Services) Booking & Payments: All appointments must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. For memberships, payment is auto-billed monthly. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in a forfeited session or fee. Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early for your session. Late arrivals may reduce session time without refund. Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for unused sessions, memberships, or retreats. Reiki, Sound Healing, and Breathwork Services Session Duration: Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes unless otherwise specified.\ Health Disclaimer: These services are complementary practices and are not substitutes for medical or mental health treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult healthcare providers as needed. InnerG Renewal Membership Membership Benefits: Includes one monthly service of choice (Reiki, Sound Healing, or Breathwork & Meditation). Services must be used within the billing month and do not roll over. Membership Adjustments: Members may switch their service choice each month. Membership Cancellation: A 15-day written notice is required to cancel before the next billing cycle. Mini 1:1 Retreats Booking Policy: Mini 1:1 Retreats require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 14 days before the retreat date. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the retreat will receive a credit toward a future retreat. No credit or refund for cancellations within 14 days of the retreat date. Customization: Retreats are tailored to individual needs, and preferences must be communicated during the initial consultation. Health & Safety: Any allergies, health concerns, or accessibility needs should be disclosed at the time of booking to ensure the best experience. These policies are in place to provide a consistent, high-quality experience while respecting the time and energy of all involved.
