Sound & Stillness Saturdays is a bi-weekly wellness experience designed to help you reset, release, and return to yourself. Guided by The InnerG Healer. She uses breathwork, meditation, and a rich mix of sound instruments—crystal bowls, rain sticks, chimes, tongue drums, ocean drums, pyramids, plus a little humming—to help you release what you’re holding and come home to yourself. This experience is designed to regulate your nervous system, soften your energy, and create space for clarity and calm.
